Shipping and Delivery
All orders are will be sent to our manufacturing and shipping team within 24 hours of the order for verification, quality check and packaging. Most delivery orders will arrive within 7-10 business days of order. Some products listed have unique delivery times and those can be found in the specific products description.
The freight carrier will contact you by the phone number listed on your order to schedule a delivery time. If the freight carrier is unable to reach you or schedule a delivery time, the item will be shipped back to us.
The delivery will be scheduled beforehand and will usually take place Monday-Friday. You must be present for the delivery and provide your signature. If you are not present for your delivery, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee.
If you submit an order with the wrong address, or you would like to change it, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to accommodate all changes, but we will try our best to do so, but you may be subject to fees from the carrier.
It is the customers responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon receiving the order. If there is any damages to the packaging or the product, please send us pictures at email@example.com and we will assist you in solving that issue.
